We calculate these metrics as a base measurement after one of our programs or at a yearly basis to track the performance of sustainability initiatives. Validating your efforts is a great way to motivate employees, engage with your patrons, attract new customers and business clients.

Generally, each restaurant can save as much as 10,000 to 20,000 kilograms or more of carbon dioxide emissions each year, simply by optimizing dishes and streamlining operations with our help. This leads to happier guests, a happier company, and a happier planet!

The combined results of all of our projects thus far:

  • 5,795,144 optimized dishes
  • 1,865,605 kg CO2 (the equivalent of 566 car trips around the globe)
  • 887,730,500 liters of water (the equivalent of showers for 20,000 people for one year)
  • 2,749,470 m2 reduction in land use (equal to 555 soccer fields)

We aim to achieve a global impact of:

  • 24,000,000 kg annual CO2 savings by 2020
  • 1,016,000,000 kg annual CO2 savings by 2025
  • 1,979,200,000 kg annual CO2 savings by 2025
